The title's reference to "Slatina '74" is a deliberate invocation of an imagined Bulgaria during the 1970s. This is not a literal depiction but a 'recollection' of a place and time the artist has constructed, layering the ambiguity of memory onto historical context.

Technically, the piece is built using arcaraai’s established method: a process of digital painting utilizing several filtered layers. This technique eschews the flat, clean quality of pure vector graphics, instead imbuing the surface with a rich, palpable texture that simulates the brushwork of oil on canvas.
